Hurray 4 Denver

Denver is 2-0, yes 2-0, in other words better than the Chargers, Colts, and the New England Patriots. I'm not saying that I didn't expect this from the beginning of the season but, more so that I didn't expect them to be scoring this many points. When they traded Foxworth I was pretty pissed(he's my favorite player), now I'm not watching any player specific, but that's fine as long as Denver's winning.

Mike Shannahan and Jay Cutler know where they stand and they obviously don't like where they do and they are showing that they desirve to be higher. Going for 2 instead of 1 on their extra point wasn't exactly genious, but it sure was good that they made the conversion(ha-ha Chargers fans).

First place in their division and 2-0 vs. divisional teams isn't bad. Seriously it's great.

Hurray 4 Denver

I mention it in my blog, but I'll put it here too:  temper the enthusiasm for awhile longer, Bronco fans.  Did you know that in the past 6 seasons, Denver has started 5 of those seasons with a record of 5-2 or better by Week 8?  Did you know that only 3 of those seasons even made the playoffs?  And that of those 5 seasons that began 5-2, only once did the Broncos continue to win and earn a first round bye?  It's way too early to be writing off San Diego in the West, as much as I'd like to.  Keep the train rolling, Shanahan...

Hurray 4 Denver

Looking at their schedule for the next six games, the Broncos should have a pretty good record going into the last half of the season.  It’s nice to see the Broncos putting up some pretty big numbers on the score board and not settling for field goals. I have to think the Broncos will be playing for the division championship against the Chargers in December.
